Joe has over 23 years of professional
business experience in public accounting,
tax and law. He began his professional
career at a national accounting firm and
subsequently spent several years in the
tax department of a large regional accounting
firm. Joe has been practicing law the past 17
years, during which time he has represented,
advised and acted as counsel for many

He has represented clients in the equipment rental and distribution industries
ranging in size from small, closely held businesses to the North American
operations of a large international company. His areas of representation
have included tax and legal structure of acquisitions and divestitures, entity
formation, shareholder and partner ownership structures, formation of joint
ventures, employee issues, commercial real estate transactions, estate
